Vide Chevalier is a certified Mindfulness Instructor and has spent 100+ days in silent meditation retreats worldwide.

But more importantly, he has lived life. And for over a decade he has dedicated himself to live life consciously, in presence and in love.

He works with what he loves: Music, art, writing and to help others to find their path and sense of meaning in life.

However, his life was not always easy and the reason to enter into the world of self-help and spiritual teachings was, like for many others, more of a neccessity than a choice.

In the backwaters from a traumatic and chaotic childhood, he had severe anxiety and a form of complex PTSD to deal with daily. At one stage in life he was even depressed and had suicidal thoughts.

What is life worth to live, when it is always such a struggle?

This is a question many can likely relate to today, however strongly it is felt.

However, you should know that there is a way out of suffering. You should know that freedom is possible. You should know that unconditional joy and love is possible.

You just need to know how. To acquire the tools and use them consistently.

And the first half of the answer is presence. This is the state of life that makes everything easier, exciting and managable. This is where life happens.

The other half of the answer is letting go. This is the way to get there. Letting go of your core beliefs, letting go of your core identity and letting go of your past traumas. And there are methods to teach you how to do this.

When all of these are let go of, there is only presence left; there is the natural love and excitement for life - the one you may have felt as a child or at moments as an adult too.

Through Vide's guidance, you will be guided to learn, in whatever way works best for you but is still effective, to live in the one and only place you can be: here and now.

So you can enjoy each day, each moment and to feel happy and free in yourself.

Life Coaching Sessions

Real change starts on the inside.

In a spiritual life coach session with me, you may engage in a transformative journey towards self-discovery and personal growth. This session provides a safe and nurturing space where you may explore your innermost desires, fears, and beliefs. With me you can share everything, sky is the limit!

I will guide you through various stages, connecting body, mind and spirit into one. You will also learn various techniques and tools, such as vagus nerve exercises, various breathwork exercises etc, to deepen your connection with your own self and how you wish to live YOUR life.

The goal is to be more present, joyful and free, and to live life fully in the way you wish to be!

Guided Meditation Sessions

A personal guided meditation session is a unique and tailored experience that is aimed towards slowing down, finding distance to the never-ending talking of the mind and finding inner peace.

During this session, I will be leading you through various relaxation-, breathing- and body awareness-exercises. This can, in turn, focus your mind and release any built-up tension or stress.

You will learn about different types of meditation and together we will figure out which ones suit you the best. Then you can deepen your practice by yourself and enjoy a clearer, cleaner and more balanced mind.
